The Context
After HealthyCell underwent rebranding, we were tasked with implementing the new branding and revamping their Shopify website to improve performance. HealthyCell is a company that focuses on innovative liquid supplements with superior absorption compared to traditional forms such as powders and pills. Our work involved a complete UX/UI redesign and custom Shopify theme development, ensuring that the website reflected the brand's new identity and strategic goals. One of our primary objectives was to effectively communicate Healthy Cell’s scientific approach on the website, highlighting the evidence that supports their innovative liquid supplements. Our goal was to educate visitors about the benefits through scientific evidence, case studies, and endorsements from medical professionals. A key feature of Healthy Cell’s products is their patented MicroGel™ system, which is designed for superior absorption.
What we did
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
To enhance user engagement, we implemented an advanced slide-out with upsell and cross-sell options and a discount bar, boosting average order value (AOV). Additionally, a quiz system powered by Octane AI gamified the shopping experience, helping users discover the best product match.
